• Arrive at least 15mins before your appointment and try to leave time afterwards to relax. Arriving late may result in a reduction of treatment time.

• To promote our tranquil environment please turn off mobile phones.

• Refreshments are available.

• Hair dryers, towels, robes and wraps are provided where necessary.

• Disposable underwear is available for all body treatments, you may wear a bathing suit or underwear if appropriate.

• If you have a preference of therapist please mention this when making your appointment.

• Please tell the therapist if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have a health problem.

• We regret we do not have the facilities for children under the age of 16.

• A 24 hour cancellation notice period is required to avoid being charged 100% of a scheduled appointment. The same terms apply to no show.

• Bookings over 3 hours may require a credit card number or deposit in advance to confirm booking.
